Dr. Lokesh Abrol is a senior internal medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical experience in managing complex chronic and metabolic conditions. Known for his evidence-based and preventive approach, he has extensively worked in diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, infectious diseases, and critical care.
A pioneer in emergency medical services, he helped establish Gurugram’s first multidisciplinary emergency care hospital in 1991. Today, alongside clinical excellence, he is deeply committed to healthspan and community wellbeing through Aravindam India Gurukul, an open-air wellness and learning centre supporting underprivileged children through health, nutrition, academics, and the arts. At SOHAM, Dr. Abrol guides clinical validation, preventive frameworks, and ethical medical integration across the longevity platform.

Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist | Founder, SportSync
Hitesh Arora is a senior cardiorespiratory physiotherapist with over 18 years of experience at the intersection of movement science, breathing physiology, and metabolic health. Practicing since 2006, he specialises in structured assessments for musculoskeletal performance, metabolic fitness, and cardiorespiratory efficiency.
As the founder of SportSync, he has built a science driven platform for evaluating and optimising athletic performance and long-term health. His work emphasises VO₂ max and movement quality as core indicators of physiological age and healthspan.
At SOHAM, Hitesh leads movement, breathing, metabolic assessment design, and the practical translation of performance data into daily longevity practices through continuous support efficiently & effectively.
FOUNDER'S NOTE
From a Yogacharya, midlifer, & relentless self-observer
SOHAM wasn’t conceived as a business. it emerged from practice
I began exploring how breath, awareness, nutrition, and diagnostics could together reshape biology. Over time, I realised that Yoga and Modern Science were not separate disciplines, they were two languages describing the same truth: balance. A conscious equilibrium.
SOHAM is the synthesis of that understanding. It exists to help mid-lifers like us extend not just lifespan, but healthspan. To live longer, calmer and stronger. It’s not about fighting age, but aligning with rhythm. About making awareness measurable, and science meaningful.
To me, SOHAM is a reminder that science without awareness is sterile, and awareness without science is superstition. The future of wellbeing lies in their fusion. This movement isn’t about rejecting modern life but about redesigning our relationship with it.
